first of all:

-He will belong to my own, personal species 'Ekitas' (c)
-'Ekitas' are more or less humanoid "monsters" with parts that are turned into some kinda liquid/slime

AND:
this is actually an Adopt for taking part in " Contest" (but I can still sell him XD), And one was suppost to use one of the given colour palletts ^^

-If I do not receive the money/ points on time (exception if you have a good reason and tell me about it) I will open the Adopt again
-Your are not allowed to resell the Adoptable, claim the art as your own, or claim the original design as your own

-Once you bought the Adoptable, you may treat it as your own OC. Give it a Name, Gender, etc. and try being nice
-After purchase you will receive the larger, unwatermarked version
-To prevent sniping, I will extend the auction by 1 hour after the latest bid
